Something moves at the edge of vision.
Not long enough to be fully seen, yet long enough to leave a trace.
The work portrays Bella Goth, one of the most recognizable characters from The Sims. Existing somewhere between popular culture, personal memory, and digital mythology, she becomes a vessel for recollection. Like a memory, the image reveals itself only in part. Fragments gather into a whole, only to dissolve again.
What appears clear from a distance is, upon closer inspection, composed of hundreds of individual elements, brought together through time, repetition, and care. The work exists between presence and absence, between what can be held onto and what slowly slips away.
